Newsletter Guidelines

MIWC Monthly Newsletter:

The MIWC eNewsletter is published the 15th of the month. The Printed Newsletter is mailed out on the 13th of the month. The deadline for article submission via Google doc is 8th of the month at 6 pm. The Submission Reminder email will be sent out 1st of the month. Please email questions to the Newsletter Editor.

MIWC uses MailChimp to manage the Newsletter. MailChimp uses SafeUnsubscribe to assure that you will be removed from future mailings at any time you choose.  Every email from us will contain an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Newsletter Submissions:

MIWC will only accept submissions from internal sources, we do not accept external submissions from the public. If you have news or announcements for the MIWC, contact the appropriate Board Member.  Please use the following Submission Guidelines.

Google Calendar:

Activity Chairs please add your activities to the MIWC Google Calendar, these can be set up as recurring entries so you are not updating the Calendar every week. Please remember to update the Calendar should your activity date change.
