Do you love games? We're starting a new Activity in January for game lovers. At our kick-off meeting on January 6th, we'll have Cribbage, Rummicube, and Pinochle as available options. We hope to include other games as the group develops and members' preferences are taken into account. You can learn a new game you've always wanted to play or play an old favorite. Any member that enjoys games and friendly competition is welcome. See Games Group for more information.
Reservations are now open for the MIWC February 6th fundraising luncheon at the MI Presbyterian Church. We will be featuring Tom Douglas, chef, restaruanteur, and writer as our speaker. Mr Douglas is known for helping to define Northwest cuisine and for igniting the Seattle restaurant scene. This event is open to the public, but there is a MIWC members' priority reservation period. After that, reservations are open to all. Sign up now to save your place. We anticipate a crowd. Proceeds will support the MIWC civic projects fund. See the Monthly Lunch page for additional information.
